Finally, I close this weight loss post, speaking from personal experience. Disgusted with the taste, and disgusted with myself, I crushed the butt and went on with my health-oriented life.

This also helps to reduce the possibilities of boredom. Both beetroot and tomatoes, in different servings, go very well with carrots. And instead of using grapefruit, you can now make your own discoveries on the still-mysterious kale. Well, it’s a mystery to me anyway, as I’ve yet to try it out for myself.
