It seems a silly thing to say at this point, almost nonsensical, but that word ‘cleanse’ is a rather clean word for publication on the internet. But its striking enough and it’s even grasped your attention. It makes for a refreshing start to what, in the context of this current blog post, could be your 10 day juice cleanse to begin your transformation to good health and living holistically on the path to complete wellness, if ever such a value can be achieved in this lifetime. But the meaning is clear and obvious enough isn’t it.
My earlier post briefly touched on the likely preparations required before embarking on such an ambitious cleanse or fast consisting only of the consumption of liquidized vegetables and fruit. This particular post provides you with some background information and, of course, encouragement for going forward with your organic juice drinks, a valiant health exercise not for the faint of heart, the frail, the elderly and the terminally ill, among other weaker mortals. It takes just one quick clean bill of health from your local GP to go ahead. Let’s just say that he’ll be giving you the green light to begin processing your first batch of detox juice recipes with gay abandon.
I say this meaningfully because there really is nothing to it. Elsewhere, concerns were raised about how long it was taking to prepare the ingredients. There was also a concern that it was quite messy too. I fail to understand why all the fuss. The sole focus is on health, is it not? And while you are preparing your juicing ingredients ahead of time, you are mentally stimulated. You are also exercising your limbs. Even though you have your own electronic juicing machine to hand, you will still be required to do some chopping, slicing and dicing.
Anyone who generally enjoys spending time in the kitchen will enjoy the ten day juice prepping experience. Apart from sifting through your juice recipes, you’ll be prepping several juicing meals ahead of time and to save you time. One important critique, however, has been raised in regard to this ten day plan. There is a concern that sodium content will be extremely low. There may be after or side effects such as weakness and nausea. As I said earlier, one thorough checkup with your good doctor can put that right.
Let’s just say then that your body does have a unique sodium deficiency. Two things could happen here. You could be advised not to embark on this ambitious program, or you could be issued or prescribed with natural supplements that will fill the gap, so to speak.
THE TEN DAY JUICE CLEANSE IN AN ALMOND NUTSHELL
I mentioned the almond deliberately because it is considered to be one of the most organic sources of protein enrichment. But this is not going to be the case with the ten day organic juice cleanse. Yes, the focus is more on detoxification, just another fancy word for cleaning out the trash. Let’s just say that this amounts to good housekeeping. It is spring cleaning, only needed once a year at the minimum, for the body. Towards the end of this post I’d like to put a little more stock on one of the most positive outcomes to be achieved after completing the ten day program.
NEGATIVE EXPERIENCES CAN BE OVERCOME
There are those who will be complaining of dizziness and/or nausea during the first couple of days of their detox experience.
